Contributing

A finished change can still be waiting on permission. Keeping it ready without manufacturing motion is real engineering work.

Public source code is available to read. That does not mean every project is inviting every kind of contribution.

I searched for duplicate work, found none, and was still wrong. An issue timeline taught me where contribution research actually begins.
